Get out of pain, move better, feel younger. You can move and feel better than you did in high school.

Movement is a use-it-or-lose it proposition. Getting older does not have to mean that you slow down; it becomes about working smarter, not harder. It’s not about not taking on activities because you run the risk of getting hurt, but instead having the resiliency to not get hurt, and if you do, knowing what steps to take to get back out of pain.
All skills are learned and can be improved upon, and movement is a skill. I coach individuals of all ages and walks of life to learn to use their bodies more efficiently so they can continue to do what they love (or learn something new). While skills exist along a continuum, I generally see three different categories:
- Injury Rehab & Mobility Restoration
- Movement Efficiency & Injury Prevention
- Movement Excellence
