Kettlebells
An early adopter in kettlebells (I started training with them in 2002), I became RKC certified in 2006, and now use kettlebells (KBs) as my primary strength and conditioning tool. I’m all about efficiency and effectiveness, and kettlebells have a high results-to-effort ratio. I don’t want to spend forever training, and you don’t, either.
I like to describe a kettlebell as a cannonball with a handle. It’s unique shape makes it suited to both cardio and strength training — providing an effective, full-body workout that builds strength, increases stamina, and builds flexibility.
Why Kettlebells?
- You are tired of spending hours in the gym with minimal results
- You have limited time to dedicate to working out — you can achieve results with kettlebells in 20-30 minutes a few days a week
- Your crazy life schedule isn’t conducive to a gym membership
- You like the challenge of learning something new and want a “thinking persons” workout
- You want to train at home
- Kettlebells are equally effective for the stay-at-home Mom or desk jockey as they are for the MMA fighter or powerlifter
- They work!

- Mondays 7-8pm, August 16, 23, 30
One-on-One Training: Whether its the kettlebell basics, prepping for the RKC, form tweaks, or kettlebell programming help, I’ve been using kettlebells for 8 years, and have probably encountered the problem you want to solve.
Pricing: Because each client and each problem is unique, I can’t provide a one-price-fits-all answer. I am always happy to do a free initial consult to hear about your needs, see if I’m the right person for you, and tell you the timeline and price to make it happen. So, contact me, and let’s see what we can make happen!
