The best training programs are those with well-defined goals, or SMART goals. If your training program helps you achieve something that is important to you, you are going to find a way to get it done. I call that Training with Intent.

I often use kettlebells as the foundation of my strength and conditioning programs. I find kettlebells to be a great tool for all-around fitness, with a really high effort-to-results ratio. But, if kettlebells aren’t your thing, that’s OK, too. We’ll work with your goals, your schedule, your budget, your interests, and what equipment is available to you to create your personalized program.
