Strength & Conditioning
What can’t you do that you want to?
It doesn’t matter if you are a martial artist looking for an edge or a full-time Mom wanting more energy to keep up with her kids — a well-defined training program will get you there.
Your strength and cardio program will match your goals. I am a certified kettlebell instructor (RKC), and frequently use kettlebells as a part of training sessions. I find kettlebells to be hyper-efficient strength and cardio tool that is great for building up a base level of both.
If your goal is to get strong, we’ll build a program appropriate for the type of strength you are: strength for the sake of being strong, strength to get big, and developing the level of strength that is appropriate to your sport and life. Those are three very different types of strength that require different types of training.
Likewise, cardio conditioning can range from ballistic kettlebell swings to sprints to endurance runs. The cardio program is highly-dependent on your goals.

Snacking can add up. Remember, 1 handful equals 1 oz. of nuts and small candies. For chips and pretzels, 2 handfuls equals 1 oz.
