Fun
Training and exercise should be want to, not have to, activities.
If your training was fun and you looked forward to going, would you go more often? I bet you would.
When your training session is enjoyable, you’ll remember what we did better and create positive associations to exercise — which will make you want to stick with it.
I incorporate a lot of different elements in to my training programs to make them enjoyable — games, your favorite activities, new exercises, and changes in training location keep it fresh, new, and fun.
Lastly, you’ll see reduced stress levels, increased optimism, better problem-solving skills, and other neurological benefits.
