Whether it’s a daily email to ask if you went to the gym that day, a tweak to the nutrition plan, or some strategic planning to figure out how to do a weekend at the in-laws without straying too far off-plan, that’s what I’m here for.
Session-to-session and week-to-week we’ll re-evaluate where you are at, what is working and what isn’t, and adjust accordingly. The true measure of success is how well you are able to do on your own.
