Approach
“They call it coaching but it is teaching. You do not just tell them…you show them the reasons.” Vince Lombardi
My goal as a Health & Movement Coach is to help every client become his or her best. Everyone has a different objective, history, budget, and set of support needs, so every clients has a different plan. But, I always start with:
Once we have done the history and defined goals, I create a personalized coaching plan. I’ve found that all client programs require each of the five elements listed below:
3) Nutrition
5) Fun
Whether you want to get out of pain and start working in the yard again, lose 20 pounds and shape up, rehab old martial arts injuries, or improve your short game, we will design your program with your goals in mind. Training should not be done in a vacuum.
In person or remote, by email or phone, video chat, twitter, text.
I will work with you to create a program that uses the tools that best suits your personality, lifestyle, and budget. I’m a technology geek at heart, so I have the tools and skills to create a distance program that works.
Many of my clients like to blend the two — weekly or monthly in-person check-ins, but use technology for the day-to-day. It’s less time-consuming, less expensive, avoids one less trip during the day or week, and you don’t have to schedule around your spouse or sitter.
